Working from your photo, I will digitally paint a unique and beautiful portrait of your beloved cat or kitten. I love painting detailed hair and whiskers especially and making your cat's eyes look very beautiful. This will be a custom portrait of your cat to enjoy as wall art or printed on other home décor products such as pillows, blankets, greeting cards, t-shirts and more.

WHAT IS NEEDED?

- A clear photo of your cat. If you are not sure about the quality of an image, I'm always happy to help and suggest which would be better. Simply message me with your photos and I will help you choose one that will be really great for this portrait.

- Close up, face shots are best. If you don't have a photo like this, I can crop the photo to focus in on your cat or kitten's face.

- If your photos are old, damaged, black and white, sepia tones, I can still do a fine portrait for you. I am very good at bringing color from where there is none and painting away damaged photo markings. Just message me with what you have and I will try to make it work.

- Low resolution photos and smart phone photos are fine. Just message me with your favorite photo and I will work with what you have to make a wonderful portrait of your cat.

- If for some reason, I am not able to work with your photo and there is not another to be had, I will give you a complete refund.

HOW TO ORDER?

1) Click the "add to cart" button for this listing and make your purchase.

2) Message me with your best cat or kitten photo and tell me which cat portrait here in my Etsy shop that you would like me to do with your cat. You can also right click on any of my cat portraits, then click "save as" and save it to an easy to find place on your computer. Then send me that portrait - I will then know what design style you want. If you have any questions along the way, please don't hesitate to message me and I will help you in anyway that I can.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT NEXT?

Once your purchase of this listing is complete, you will receive a digital download of a PDF file confirming your order.

Once I have your cat or kitten's photo and you have let me know what design style you want me to do the portrait with and within 1-3 days of your purchase of this listing, I will do a preliminary sketch with your cat's photo in the design style you chose and I will email it to you for your approval. We can manage the format, layout, color or any other corrections you may want me to apply. If there will be anything you don't like, I will fix it right away and send it to you again for your final approval.

It is important that you watch out for my email with your portrait sketch and get right back to me. Please help to keep the communications open and moving freely between us.

- Your cat portrait will take 2 - 4 days to complete. If you have a strict date by which you need the portrait, don't forget to mention it.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

A crisp and clear, high resolution, 300 dpi, JPG image file will be sent to your email on completion of your portrait. The actual dimensions will vary depending on the photo dimensions I am working with but the resolution of your JPG image will be very high and quite capable of printing small, medium and large sized prints.

Once I email you your JPG file, you can print it from your home computer or send it to your favorite photo lab for printing.

No physical item will be shipped - This listing is for a digital item.

Additionally, I will create a free web page for your cat's portrait on my Fine Art America page where you can go to at your leisure to shop art prints, poster prints, canvas prints, metal prints, wood prints and also prints on a wide variety of other items such as greeting cards, t-shirts, mugs, pillows, blankets, and so much more. And this web page for you portrait takes all the guesswork out of shopping for prints and other products. All the sizes and options and pricing is right there on your page - shopping there is so stress free and wonderful. And my markup on printing prices for my portrait customers is very minimal. There is no obligation to buy anything and your portrait stays there on my page indefinitely or until you ask me to take it down.
